Day 18 of sit-in protest started with 43 families

The 18th day of the sit-in protest that is staged by families outside HDP office in Diyarbakır on the grounds that their children had been kidnapped to the rural areas, began with 43 families.

The sit-in protest, which was staged outside HDP Diyarbakir office on 3 September, continues on its 18th day.

The number of families taking part in the sit-in went up to 43 on Thursday, with two families taking part.

Families whose children were kidnapped to the rural areas by the PKK/HDP on various dates, call to the president with tears, asking for support for the return of their children.

On the one hand, the hopeful waiting of the grieving families continues, while the support of visitors from different provinces of Turkey continues.

Mother Hacire Akar staged a sit-in protest last August at the same location accused HDP kidnapped her son while her actions resulted positively. (ILKHA)
