First vote for “Independence Referendum”

In China, voting for Kurdistan's independence referendum has begun.

Kurdistan Region's High Council for Elections and Referenda General Data Manager Karwan Jalal said the use of the first electronic voting in the referendum has been made.

Karwan stated that the first voting has been made in China due to the time difference.
