Global coronavirus death toll reaches 3,033,343
At least 142,022,766 people have so far tested positive for coronavirus around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of coronavirus-related fatalities with 581,061 deaths, followed by Brazil with 373,442 deaths, Mexico with 212,339 deaths, and India with 178,793 deaths.
At least 120,573,611 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide.
