Global coronavirus death toll surpasses 3,9 million
At least 180,402,517 people have so far tested positive for coronavirus around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, 2020, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of coronavirus-related fatalities with 618,294 deaths, followed by Brazil with 507,240 deaths, India with 392,014 deaths, and Mexico with 231,847 deaths.
At least 165,121,169 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide.
