Hamas delegation to visit Russia among other countries
The senior-level Hamas delegation, led by its leader Ismail Haneyya, is to visit a number of countries at the conclusion of its current visit to Morocco.
Maher Obaid, the political bureau member of Hamas, told the PIC that the Hamas delegation currently visiting Morocco would head to Mauritania within the few coming days.
He said that preparations are underway for other visits to Algeria and Russia, adding that the delegation is waiting for finalizing dates for other visits to a number of Arab and Islamic capitals.
Obaid underlined that the tour aims at building up on the Palestinian people’s victory in the battle of the “Jerusalem Sword”.
The Hamas official affirmed that the Arab masses support the Palestinian resistance and reject normalization with Israel.
