Mehmet Yavuz's name will be given to one of the parks

Kahta Mayor Yusuf Turanlı announced through social media that the name of Mehmet Yavuz, HUDA PAR vice president who passed away last week, will be remembered in the district by given to a park.

Mayor Yusuf Turanlı said the name of deceased Mehmet Yavuz, who passed away last week due to cancer he caught from the tortures he suffered during Feb. 28, will be given to a park under construction in the district. Turanlı noted that lost values should be kept alive.

Kahta is the hometown of deceased Mehmet Yavuz, a district of Adıyaman, a southeastern orıvince of Turkey.

Turanlı, who fulfilled the Hajj in the Holy Land, stated he had been deeply saddened by the news of the death of the deceased Yavuz, and noted that Yavuz was a valuable politician and that his name should be kept alive.

"I am deeply saddened by the death of Mehmet Yavuz, Vice President of HUDA PAR, one of the country's most valuable politicians. I was also unable to convey my condolences for being in the Holy Land. While praying to the late Mehmet Yavuz, I thought we should be able to keep alive the name of the late Mehmet Yavuz," Turanlı said.
