Number of confirmed coronavirus cases approaches 230 million worldwide
At least 4,715,678 people have so far died of coronavirus pandemic around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 43,107,628 cases, followed by India with 33,504,534 cases, Brazil with 21,247,667, the United Kingdom with 7,465,448 cases, and Russia with 7,313,851 cases.
About 206,6 million people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide.
