The parliament of occupation Israeli regime Knesset, approved the design of a law prohibiting the reading of adhan by microphones in the daytime, and prohibiting the reading of adhan from the night and Morning Prayer times by microphones.

It was stated that the design of the law would be presented to the Knesset for pre-voting, and that the draft law, which would then come back to the commission, would become lawful after voting three times in the Knesset.

According to the law, it is forbidden to read the adhan from the loudspeakers between 23:00 and 07:00. It is stated that the penalties reaching to 1,200 thousand dollars for those mosques not obeying the law.

Hamas Spokesman Hazım Kasım, reacted against the law by written explanation he made. "This bill is an indication of Israel's continued policy towards the Islamic identity of the Palestinians by blocking the religious symbols that are accepted by all human rights laws," the statement said, declaring that the Zionist regime is a piece of racist politics for the Palestinian people. (ILKHA)
