Russia reports 25,018 new coronavirus cases, 764 deaths in the last 24 hours
25,018 people have tested positive for coronavirus in the last 24 hours in Russia, bringing the number of cases in the country to 5,958,133.
The country’s death toll from the virus has reached 148,419, an increase of 764 deaths in the last 24 hours.
5,341,231 patients suffering from coronavirus have been discharged from hospital after being cured.
Russia was relatively late in suffering a serious outbreak, but currently, Russia has the highest number of confirmed cases in Europe, and the fourth-highest in the world after the United States, India, and Brazil.
The city of Moscow is currently the most affected federal subject, having the majority of confirmed cases.
Global death toll from coronavirus have reached 4,102,161, with 190,969,838 cases and 173,962,650 recoveries.
