Russia’s coronavirus death toll rises to 69,462
21,127 people have tested positive for coronavirus in the last 24 hours in Russia, bringing the number of cases in the country to 3,719,400.
The country’s death toll from the virus has reached 69,462, an increase of 491 deaths in the last 24 hours.
3,131,760 patients suffering from coronavirus have been discharged from hospital after being cured.
Russia was relatively late in suffering a serious outbreak, but it is now the country with the fourth most cases in the world, after the United States, Brazil and India.
The city of Moscow is currently the most affected federal subject, having the majority of confirmed cases.
Global death toll from coronavirus have reached 2,131,674, with 99,383,424 cases and 71,451,037 recoveries.
