Statement from Tokat Governor's Officeon missing girl Evrim

Tokat Governorate in Turkiye stated that all possibilities have mobilized to search for Evrim Atış, 3-years-old girl, who has been missing since July 10th.

Tokat Governorate made a statement about the 3-year-old girl, Evrim Atış, who has been missing since July 10 in the Yenisu village of Turhal district.

In the written statement made by the Governor, it was stated that the little Evrim disappeared in the morning of 08.30 on July 10 and that this situation was learned with the notice given to the 156 Gendarmerie Emergency Line at 13.41 on the same day.

Following the news of the incident, the Turhal District Gendarmerie Command immediately sent forces to the area and information was given to the Turhal Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. "2 gendarmerie team officers transferred to the region," read the statement. "10 gendarmerie police officers, 10 personnel from the Provincial AFAD Directorate, and the Trace Tracking Dog and the Drone element were also urgently tasked and the search activity was initiated with the participation of about 50 citizens from the region," the statement added.
