Turkey reports 197 new deaths from COVID19
197 more people have died due to coronavirus in the last 24 hours, bringing the country’s death toll from the disease to 21,685, Turkey’s Health Ministry said in a statement on Monday.
According to the statement, the number of confirmed cases rose to 2,255,607, after 13,695 more people tested positive for COVID-19 over the past 24 hours.
While at least 3,522 patients are in critical condition, 2,146,430 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital.
25,132,152 tests for coronavirus have so far been conducted to detect infections in the country.
