Turkey reports 362 new coronavirus deaths in the last 24 hours
362 more people have died due to coronavirus in the last 24 hours, bringing the country’s death toll from the disease to 36,975, Turkey’s Health Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.
According to the statement, the number of confirmed cases rose to 4,446,591, after 61,967 more people tested positive for COVID-19 over the past 24 hours.
While at least 3,398 patients are in critical condition, 3,844,342 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital.
44,728,595 tests for coronavirus have so far been conducted to detect infections in the country.
