“Regulation on the Amendment of the Regulation on the Implementation of the Turkish Citizenship Law” said in the Official Gazette published today.

The Regulation was added 2 subclauses to the Article 20 titled “Acquisition of Turkish Citizens Exceptionally, Documents Required for Application and Transactions to be Carried Out”. Within this scope, citizenship shall be granted by the Council of Foreign Ministers to those are determined by the Capital Markets Board that they have bought at least 3 million dollars a share of real estate investment trust and kept for a period of 3 years in hand. (ILKHA)
