The security department announced in a statement that as part of internal security operations, a bomb was prepared in a deserted building in Kaynartepe neighborhood of Bağlar, central district of Diyarbakir, to make a sensational attack.

An operation by the Diyarbakir Police Department said 2 PKK members were caught with explosives in preparation for the attack.
