Zionist occupation regime kidnaps several Palestinians

The Zionist occupation forces (ZOF) arrested on Monday night and at dawn Tuesday several Palestinians during raids into various areas in the West Bank as settlers continued their attacks in the vicinity of Nablus.

In Jenin, ZOF arrested Amir Ahmed Zakarneh after storming and searching his home in Qabatiya, south of Jenin.

In Tubas, ZOF broke into Tamoun town, east of Tubas, and intensified their presence in the Al-Mahamid - Rafid Mosque neighborhood in the town. The ex-prisoner, Othman Bani Odeh, was arrested after raiding and searching his family’s home, noting that the ZOF had arrested his brother two days ago.

In Tulkarem, ZOF arrested the engineer Muhammad Al-Jallad, 54, and Abdel-Fattah Qaddumi, 52, in addition to Hudhaifa Abu Sarees, 22, from Nour Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarem, after breaking into and searching their homes.

In Qalqilya, the ZOF soldiers stormed Jayyus town, east of Qalqilya, and fired sound bombs and tear gas canisters near the eastern entrance to the town.

In Nablus, ZOF vehicles raided Madama town, south of Nablus, and set up a military checkpoint at its entrance.

Meanwhile, settler groups continued their attacks against Palestinian vehicles passing by the Hawara checkpoint, south of Nablus.

In Ramallah, the ZOF soldiers stormed Birzeit town and arrested Amr Bairat after they raided and searched his house and tampered with its contents.

In al-Khalil, ZOF broke into the town of Beit Ummar, north of al-Khalil, and deployed their vehicles in the town's streets.

The ZOF soldiers launch daily search and arrest campaigns in the West Bank during which they raid homes, destroy property and terrorize residents especially women and children.
