Global coronavirus death toll nears 2 million
At least 92,788,265 people have so far tested positive for coronavirus around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of coronavirus related fatalities with 393,928 deaths, followed by Brazil with 206,009 deaths, India with 151,765 deaths and Mexico with 136,917 deaths.
At least 66,305,386 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide.
