24 PKK/YPG members neutralized in northern Syria, Turkey’s Defense Ministry says
24 PKK/YPG members, who attempted to infiltrate the area of Operation Peace Spring, were neutralized, said Turkey’s Defense Ministry in a statement on Saturday.
“An attempt by the terrorist organization PKK/YPG to disrupt the peace and security environment in the area of Operation Peace Spring was prevented by our commandos. 24 PKK / YPG terrorists were neutralized before they could reach their goal in a successful operation,” the statement said.
