President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan expressed his hope that the Nowruz Day, namely, the festival of prosperity and fertility, will bring goodness and kindness to our nation, adding, “I wish that the Nowruz Day, which marks the beginning of the spring, will ensure that our values and richness are remembered, protected and handed down to the next generations.”

Congratulating the nation on the Nowruz Day, the symbol of new beginnings, hope, brotherhood and solidarity, Erdoğan said, “Our ancient civilization has risen up on the lands that are prevailed by universal values such as peace, tolerance, love and brotherhood and we have inherited glorious traits from our ancestors that are based on unity and solidarity without any discrimination.”

Stating that our noble nation that has always supported the rightfulness, justice and peace would progress towards its targets of 2023 in brotherhood and solidarity and contribute to building a future in a peaceful and prosperous manner, he concluded as follows: “I wish that the Nowruz Day, which marks the beginning of the spring and which is celebrated today across a wide geography from the Central Asia to the Balkans, will ensure that our values and richness are remembered, protected and handed down to the next generations. I hope that the ERNowruz Day, the festival of prosperity and fertility, will bring goodness and kindness for our nation.”
