United Kingdom’s death toll from coronavirus rises to 36,393
351 more people have died from coronavirus in the past 24 hours, rising the United Kingdom death toll from the virus to 36,393, according to the country’s Department of Health and Social Care.
“As of 9am 22 May, there have been 3,231,921 tests, with 140,497 tests on 21 May. 2,144,626 people have been tested of which 254,195 tested positive. As of 5pm on 21 May, of those tested positive for coronavirus, across all settings, 36,393 have sadly died,” the Department tweeted on Friday.
Global death toll from coronavirus has reached 335,805, with at least 5,237,508 confirmed cases and 2,113,108 recoveries, according to Worldometer, a reference website that provides counters and real-time statistics for diverse topics.
